A pparently the m40i is decemt to drive and somewhat quick. I mean, as much as an SUV can be called quick or fun in terms of handking and acceleration.
The X3M might be decent. I'll probably check one out when they hit showroom floors.

Did they put that BMW badge sticker on the bumper to cover up a scrape, and then manage to scrape the same exact spot again?

My wife’s ‘07 X3 is way better to drive than it deserves to be. But you pay for the handling with a harsh ride. In order not to body roll like crazy they just firmed up the suspension. My wagon corners better AND has a better ride.
But anyway, I sold her X3 tonight! Well, Thursday I’ll exchange money for keys/title, but I’m confident it’s sold.
And now she wants another one, of course. I can’t say I didn’t enjoy driving it. I just... never loved that car. I think the next gen is better looking and I might just have a better time with it. Especially the ‘14+ 35i models with ~300hp.

Yeah scrape cover up but it just attracts attention. It is pretty amazing when people put badly applied M crap on new cars. I saw one with M stripes over the whole car and a very obviously fake M right next to a 5 series non M badge. Is it to try and impress chicks?
